A key to a healthy life is to get quality of rest
Monitor if you have mindless habits, such as TV binging and watch the total screen time in evening and unproductive screen time which increases cortisol levels as well as increased grelin hunger hormone.
We eat more if lack of sleep, especially more sugar which raises the weight set point.

Melatonin is naturally produced in the evening and makes you fall asleep but is reduced with lights
Try to follow the natural rhythm closer, bed by 9pm and perhaps up by 5am with first light, and watch the early sunrise with a nice drink. A special time of the day. Perhaps get up early and enjoy a lovely photo- shoot sunrise walk

Try reducing screen time 2 hours before bed.

Read in bed
Rest body even if you can’t fall asleep.
New habits, aim to have 8 hours sleep per day (or night!)
